Terms & Conditions
We have minimum order requirements. Please email us directly on hello@tobiasandthebear.com if you are unsure of the minimum.
First time orders (In-season and Forward orders) are to be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
Deposits of 30% will be charged on all orders thereafter.
The balance will then be invoiced prior to shipping. This will include all shipping charges.
All shipping charges must be settled before orders are dispatched.
Please note: Banking charges are not the responsibility of Tobias & the Bear. They must be paid by the retailer.
Once an order is placed through our online ordering system, please assume this order has been confirmed. For in season/immediate delivery orders, we will confirm via email if any items aren't available.
If an order is cancelled, the stockist is liable for 50% of the order value. Orders cannot be cancelled after x2 weeks of the order being placed.
If orders are not paid for within a reasonable time of a collection launching, and invoices being sent, we will not be able to guarantee all stock.
We endeavour to dispatch in season orders within 2 weeks of the order being placed.
Continuity styles are not to be discounted. This includes during end of season sales. Please contact us should you wish to discount seasonal styles in any flash (or similar) sales. Similarly, new collections are not to be discounted.
We will always communicate styles which are available to discount in end of season sales - this will be discontinued lines only.
Limited edition collections including all Miffy collections are not to be discounted.
It is not permitted to resell any Tobias and the Bear stock to other suppliers.
Products must not be sold at a lower price than the RRP. These prices can be found when you click into the product on the ordering website.
Any potential marketing activity (not including activity on your own shop/website) requires approval from Tobias & the Bear.
At the time of order, a delivery window will be given. Delivery dates will be confirmed closer to the time of shipping.
Tobias and the Bear does not accept responsibility for delay in delivery caused by couriers, customs or other factors outside of our control. This includes delays that are a result of Covid-19.
Any import duties are the responsibility of the retailer unless you are a US customer purchasing in US Landed Prices.
Please note: On occasion, a new style may be cancelled due to manufacturing/production issues.
